Yes. The Free plan costs nothing and includes 5 invoices per month, PDF downloads, and Paystack payment links. No card required. WhatsApp delivery and bank reconciliation are available on the Pro plan from ₦9,500 per month.
Link your WhatsApp number to Payvex. Send your bank statement CSV file directly in the chat. Payvex reads the transactions and matches each payment to the correct invoice automatically. You get a summary of what was matched and what is still outstanding within seconds.
An Invoice Reference Number is a unique code generated by FIRS for every business invoice. FIRS e-invoicing becomes mandatory for most businesses from July 2026. Payvex is working on IRN generation support — this isn't live yet, so in the meantime you'll need to generate IRNs directly through FIRS's e-invoicing system (or an approved Access Point Provider) to stay compliant.
Yes. On the Business plan, you can invite your accountant to a dedicated partner portal where they can view invoices, reconciliation records, WHT receipts, and tax exports across your account. They get their own login and see only what you allow.
Mono connects to all major Nigerian banks including GTBank, Access, Zenith, First Bank, UBA, Stanbic, Polaris, Sterling, Wema, and FCMB. The full list grows regularly. CSV upload is available on Pro for any bank not yet on Mono.
Yes. Your invoices, client details, and payment records are encrypted and stored securely. We never store your card details. All payments go directly through Paystack, which is CBN licensed. You can also enable two-factor authentication on your account for extra protection.
